Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds:

Products and services purchased on the Website do not qualify for return unless damaged or defective. Incorrect shipping or billing details are the customer's responsibility to report within 2 hours.

 

Reporting Incorrect Details:

Inform us promptly at handloomhubb@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp at +91 9588548221 for any mistakes in orders. Failure to report inaccuracies within 2 hours may result in customer liability for return and reshipping charges.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

Notify Handloom Hubb of defects within 24 hours of delivery. Replacements are possible for wrong products, sizes, or manufacturing damage.

 

Claim Process:

Submit a 360 video of opening the package and images of the issue. Upon validation, damaged products will be collected, and replacements/exchanges made within 15 days.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are possible only when defective products are unavailable for replacement. Refunds are not applicable if the product is in stock at Handloom Hubb. Refunded amount will be credited in your bank account within 4-5 business days.
